Meet the founder
Katie Ireland
Katie is a CEO, coach and corporate leader, known for her playful leadership and dedication to challenging systemic bias for positive change. With almost 20 years of experience in global marketing and STEM-based roles, she has held prominent leadership positions at Nike, House of Fraser, New Look and dunnhumby.
Katie is an accredited ICF Coach. She holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and an ICF Level 2 certificate in Body Oriented Coaching. Additionally, Katie is a Mental Health First Aider and a Qualified Personal Trainer, who believes in the power of holistic wellbeing and human connection within the workplace and beyond.
Having grown up singing and dancing, Katie is at home on the stage where she now loves to share her learning with others to support their own personal growth and discovery.
